�� The Role: Business Development Manager

As part of our Brisbane-based team, you will:

  • Drive new business growth by building relationships and closing opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
  • Deliver solution-based proposals, quotes, and tenders tailored to new client needs.
  • Lead in-person and virtual networking, attend industry events, and represent Harness in the Brisbane market.
  • Manage your sales pipeline: qualify leads, maintain CRM accuracy, forecast, and report on performance.
  • Provide exceptional support for Tier 1 clients—ensuring outstanding service and implementing a deep care approach.
  • Grow new emerging markets and clients

�� What You Bring

  • Minimum 3-5 years in client-facing roles within sales, account management, labour hire, GTO, RTO or HSE environments.
  • A proven track record in new business development and solution selling.
  • Strong stakeholder management and professional phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A confident, professional demeanor and a "nothing is impossible" mindset.
