We are seeking an accomplished and motivated Civil, Mining, Infrastructure or Construction Business Development Manager to look after a North Brisbane Territory within the Equipment Hire across major Tier 1 - 3 Civil and Construction.

This Area is one of the companies largest and most profitable within Australia and is a critical role that will see you managing and expanding relationships with major Tier 1 - 3 civil contractors, driving revenue growth across significant infrastructure and civil projects.

The client is one of Australias largest and most respected Equipment Hire companies. The business also has a strong company emphasis on their staff and culture. This role will also provide genuine opportunity to grow and progress through a large global business.

In this position, you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-value accounts, as well as growing and generating new business in your territory. Your deep understanding of the civil construction sector and ability to provide technical solutions will position you as a trusted advisor to your clients.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, engaging with key decision-makers within major contractors, and ensuring the seamless supply of products to large-scale projects. Your focus will be on maximising value for clients while delivering strong commercial outcomes for the business.

Base Salary $100k - $120k
