Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

Answering phone calls and delivering outstanding customer service.

Coordinating technicians’ schedules efficiently and accurately.

Preparing and sending quotes via phone and email.

Performing basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks.

Managing general administrative duties.

Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and requests.
