About Us
For over 30 years, Eazy Gleam has been manufacturing a full range of automotive and cleaning chemicals from our facility on Brisbane’s Southside.
Established in 1988, we’re a family-owned and operated business known for quality, reliability, and genuine customer care. Under new ownership since 2022, we’re expanding our range and distribution network — and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help drive that growth.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of time on the road visiting customers, working from our Brisbane office, and completing admin or planning tasks from home.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and representing our products with professionalism and pride.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Growing sales across existing and new accounts
Providing product information and support
Managing leads, quotes, and follow-ups accurately
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
About You
You’re friendly, approachable, and professional — someone who enjoys meeting new people and delivering on promises. You’re organised, reliable, and take pride in doing things well.
You’ll bring:
Experience in sales or account management (automotive, industrial, or cleaning industry preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail and confidence using basic computer systems (CRM, email, reporting)
A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
