About the Role

We are seeking an experienced full time Receptionist/Administration champion to lead our clinic’s day to day operations, including:

Greeting our clients upon arrival

Providing exceptional customer service

Ensuring clinic policies and procedures are maintained at a high level

Having a detailed understanding of the services offered at the clinic

Accurately inputting client information into practice management software

Maintaining client confidentiality

Assisting therapists with resource curation and development

Ad hoc administrative duties

Liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders

Organising and setting up appointments and meetings for the management team

Managing, scanning and archiving files

Managing all incoming and outgoing courier deliveries

Managing clinic stock levels and ordering new supplies

Maintaining office security and safety

Cleaning and tidying to ensure that all our spaces are maintained to an immaculate level

Skills Required

Fun, positive energy

Previous experience working in an allied health clinic (preferred)

Understanding of NDIS, Medicare, Private Health Insurance

Previous Halaxy CRM experience will be highly regarded

Strong administration and verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and accurate typing skills

Time management skills

Ability to work under pressure

Confidence having difficult conversations and dealing with customer feedback and complaints

Drivers license and access to reliable car

Working With Children's Check (WWCC)

Up to date Covid-19 vaccinations

Hours

Full time position (38 hours per week). Please do not apply if you are unable to work full time

Our work hours are 9am to 5pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and 8am to 4pm on Wednesday and Friday
