Kooralbyn Valley Resort is seeking a friendly, reliable Golf Operations / Pro-Shop Assistant to join our golf team. The ideal candidate will have great people skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day golf shop operations — including bookings, retail sales, and guest enquiries.

Manage competition and social golf check-ins and tee time coordination.

Support cart fleet maintenance — cleaning and ensuring readiness for use.

Help manage the driving range and general golf operations area.

Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment in the Pro Shop.

Provide friendly, professional service to members, guests, and visiting groups.

About You

Previous experience in golf, customer service, or retail preferred.

RSA required.

Golf knowledge or experience is highly advantageous.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Reliable, well-presented, and a genuine team player.

Flexibility to work as required — mainly Tuesday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
