Customer Service Shop Assistants – Fresh Foods Market
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for Customer Service Shop Assistants to join our ultra-modern Fresh Foods Market.
As a family-owned and operated business, we’re committed to providing the finest quality fresh foods at the best possible prices, while delivering exceptional customer service every day.
About the role
We’re looking for flexible team members who can work a minimum of 30 hours per week between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend shifts may also be offered.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering swift, friendly customer service
Operating the register and bagging items efficiently
Maintaining cleanliness of registers, shelves, aisles, and shop floor
Restocking and packing shelves as required
Cash handling and till balancing
About you
You’re energetic, positive, and approachable, with the ability to communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues. Previous retail or customer service experience will be highly regarded.
