About the Role:
This position requires someone with Genie software experience and a strong understanding of private specialist practice operations. Experience in orthopaedics will be highly regarded.

Location: West Perth
Job Type: Part-time, 3 days per week. Days to be discussed with applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing patient bookings and scheduling surgeries

Quoting and billing through Genie software

Efficiently using Genie software to maintain accurate records

Supporting the surgeon and practice manager in day-to-day operations

Liaising with hospitals, insurers, and referring doctors

Providing a warm, professional front desk presence

Requirements:

Proven experience using Genie medical software

Previous experience in a surgical or specialist practice

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A high level of discretion and patient confidentiality

Orthopaedic experience is a bonus, but not essential
