What You Bring

Proven experience in caravan sales, used caravan sales, or motorhome sales (preferred)

Automotive sales experience will also be highly regarded

A passion for the RV lifestyle, camping, and outdoor travel

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

A driven, energetic approach with a customer-first mindset

Commitment to learning, product knowledge, and working collaboratively

Your Role as a Sales Consultant

As the RV expert in our team, you’ll:

Achieve sales volume and profit targets while delivering value to customers

Generate, manage, and follow up on customer enquiries

Guide customers through a tailored, enjoyable sales journey

Maintain deep knowledge of the Jayco motorhome & caravan range and RV industry

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional after-sales service
