Join a high end kitchen and interiors company in Cromer where cabinet makers take a project from factory to site. You will cut, assemble, pre fit, then install. You will see the room come together the way you intended it to. Fewer handovers. Cleaner communication. Real ownership.

Work you will do

Build and install bespoke kitchens, wardrobes and detailed interiors for premium residential clients

Run jobs end to end from workshop to site, including site measures and client walkthroughs

Work from detailed CAD drawings and 3D models with support from designers and PMs

Use ERP for project data input and learn Microvellum with training provided

Keep sites safe and tidy with solid OHS practices

This suits a cabinet maker who

Is trade qualified with around 5 plus years in bespoke or high end residential

Reads and interprets interior CAD drawings with ease

Works clean across veneers, solid timber, stone interfaces and premium hardware

Thinks ahead and solves problems before they become site dramas

Communicates well with clients, designers and other trades

Has a growth mindset and is comfortable learning new systems

Holds a valid driver’s licence and full Australian work rights

Competitive salary based on experience. Typical range 65k to 85k. High performers on complex installs can reach 90k plus
