About the role

We currently have a vacancy for a casual Gelato Maker / Factory Hand. In this integral position, your duties will include but not be limited to:

Operate gelato production equipment to mix, freeze and package gelato products

Ensure consistent product quality by monitoring production processes and making necessary adjustments

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all food safety and hygiene protocols

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Support the wider production team as required to meet daily targets and deadlines

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and preferably previous experience in a similar position within the food manufacturing industry, you'll have/be:

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident residing within a reasonable distance of our factory in Kirrawee.

A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues

Ability to follow recipes/instructions and work efficiently to meet deadlines

Passion for food and an interest in the gelato-making process
