About the role
You will support a leading sales team in listing, marketing, and selling residential properties. This includes client communication, database management, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with property campaigns and settlements.
Duties
• Manage buyer and vendor communication
• Prepare marketing campaigns and sales proposals
• Assist with open inspections and auctions
• Oversee property file administration through to settlement
• Drive team KPIs and contribute to business growth
Skills & experience
• Background in sales, admin, or client service
• Real estate experience highly regarded but not essential
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
