Life Care Solutions is seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants to join our growing care team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing high quality care that promotes independence and wellbeing.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the following duties and must have similar experience

Supporting individuals with daily personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mealtime assistance

Helping clients with movement, mobility aids, and communication support as needed

Contributing to the development and review of personalized care plans

Implementing therapeutic activities and behavioral support strategies, especially for individuals with dementia and cognitive challenges

Monitoring and recording changes in health, behavior, or wellbeing, and escalating concerns or complaints to appropriate staff

Assisting with prescribed rehabilitation routines, administering simple treatments, and facilitating medication delivery under supervision

Working alongside allied health professionals to assist in therapy sessions and treatment plans

Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing through positive engagement and companionship

Maintaining a clean and safe care environment and adhering to infection control guidelines

Supporting documentation and reporting to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping
