Koodak Jeweller’s Supplies is one of Australia’s leading destinations for jewellery makers. We’re a busy, fast-growing store filled with tools, metals, gemstones and everything creative. Our customers range from complete beginners to master jewellers, and every day brings something new to learn and discover.

You’ll be working in a fun, hands-on environment surrounded by passionate makers, beautiful materials and the latest jewellery tools and equipment.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone to join our friendly front-of-house team. This isn’t a high-pressure sales job - it’s about genuine connection, great service and helping our customers find exactly what they need.

Your days will include:
• Greeting and helping customers in store
• Sharing advice and product knowledge (we’ll teach you everything you need to know)
• Picking and packing online or phone orders
• Labelling and putting away new stock
• Helping to keep the shop looking great through merchandising and displays

You’ll be part of a close team that supports each other and takes pride in providing an exceptional experience to every visitor.

About You

If you love jewellery making, design or craft, this role is for you. Maybe you’ve studied jewellery at TAFE, taken a short course, or simply spend your free time creating pieces at home.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is friendly, approachable and enjoys chatting with customers
• Loves helping others and takes pride in great service
• Has an eye for detail and enjoys keeping things organised
• Is eager to learn and grow in a creative retail space

Previous retail experience is helpful. What matters most is enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
