About the role

Based at our Tullamarine hub, you’ll be part of the team that keeps the wheels turning. Every day is different — one moment you’re helping a bricklayer choose the right gear, the next you’re picking and packing orders for a major project, or jumping on the phone with a reseller.

A typical day might include:

Serving and supporting trade and wholesale customers in-store and over the phone

Providing product info, quotes, and processing sales

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery

Receiving, checking, and organising stock

Helping keep the warehouse safe, clean, and running smoothly

Reaching out to our customers to build relationships and find new opportunities

Hours of Work

Our Tullamarine hub is open from 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday and full-time hours will be rostered between these times. Work outside these times may be required on an ad hoc basis.

About you

We’d love to hear from people who:

Enjoy talking to customers and building great relationships

Are organised, accurate, and proactive on the job

Can handle both sales and warehouse tasks (no two days are the same)

Are comfortable using computers and happy to learn new systems

Want to build a career in sales and operations

Experience in customer service, retail, or warehouse ops is great — but your drive and attitude matter most.
