About the role

Dirty Harry's Bar & Grill Pty Ltd is seeking passionate Kitchen Staff to join our new kitchen crew in King St, Bowen Hills.

We are looking for fulltime and casual staff.

As a team, you will be responsible for preparing classic Aussie pub cuisine - delivering a great food experience.

What you'll be doing

The kitchen crew will be preparing a classic range of Aussie pub dishes - including parmis, pizzas, pastas and burgers.

Ensure all kitchen equipment and work areas are clean, sanitised and maintained to the highest levels of food safety and hygiene

Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to deliver efficient and seamless food service

Comply with all relevant food safety and workplace health and safety regulations

Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve your culinary skills

What we're looking for

Previous experience working as a Kitchen Hand, Cook or Chef

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to work effectively within a team
