Kirra Beach | Full-Time, Casual & Apprentice Positions | Early Mornings + Weekends Required

We’re expanding our small, passionate pastry team and are looking for enthusiastic people who love working with high-quality ingredients, structure, and creativity. Based in beautiful Kirra Beach, our patisserie produces a range of handcrafted pastries and baked goods — all made fresh daily in our on-site kitchen.

Whether you’re an experienced Pastry Chef, a skilled Baker, a motivated Kitchen Assistant, or an Aspiring Pastry Apprentice, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Roles

We have several opportunities available for the right people, including:

Pastry Chefs / Bakers – Hands-on production, lamination, baking, and finishing.

Pastry Apprentices – Learn all aspects of pastry and baking under the guidance of our experienced team.

Kitchen Assistants / Juniors – Supporting the pastry team with prep, cleaning, and organisation.

All roles involve early mornings, weekend shifts, and working closely with a small, friendly team committed to consistency and quality.

Passion for pastry, baking, and quality food

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a pastry kitchen preferred, but training and apprenticeships are available for the right fit
