Coast to Coast the Golden Roast has been catering all types of events in Townsville since 1993!

We are Townsville's leading Spit Roast & BBQ Caterers. We use premium Meats and produce, Cooked onsite in our gas spits. We cater for groups from 40 to 1000+ guests.

Our proven systems and full training ensure we deliver exceptional customer service and food! Retirees, Couples, Partners and Teams are welcome to apply as we have always been a family business. Mainly weekend shifts available, great for additional income. Weekday shifts available especially leading up to Christmas!

Qualifications & experience

No experience required, full on the Job Training is provided. Current Drivers Liscense Required along with Food Handlers Certificate

A current car licence is required for this position

Food Handlers Certificate must be obtained within the first month of employment

Tasks & responsibilities

Loading of Van at Warehouse, Arrive at Job site, greet customer and Set Up

Moderate lifting capabilities are required for van loading and equipment setup

Cook and Prepare Meats, Salads, Vegetables onsite at event

Set up of Buffet, Carving of Meats, Presentation of Buffet

Clear Buffet, Plates & Cutlery

If Desserts are selected serve and present

Re load Van and return to Warehouse to Unload
