An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer - Director Support to join our Surgery and Critical Care Team. The Administration Officer - Director Support provides a high level of confidential administrative and secretarial support service to the Directors of their specialty. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication on a daily basis and externally with various departments and agencies.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide high quality confidential administration and secretarial support to the Director.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communication.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the office of the Director on a day to day basis.
- Organise, coordinate and manage all secretarial and administrative aspects for the Director in a professional manner, including diary management.
Remuneration value up to $97 656 p.a, comprising salary between $76 963 - $85 591 p.a, employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (temporary position available for 12 months). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).

About Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service
Public health services in Queensland are provided through 16 Hospital and Health Services (HHS). These are statutory bodies each governed by a Hospital and Health Board. Some public health services are also provided by private providers.
