This position is based in Dundowran, Hervey Bay with an immediate start
Hours 38 hours a week (Monday to Friday) No weekend work
Qualifications & experience
Myob
Advanced level MYOB experience is required
BAS & Superannuation
Bookkeeping
5+ years' experience preferred
Minimum 3-5 years bookkeeping experience is essential
Ad hoc, Finance & EOM report preparation
Payroll
Invoicing
Qleave
Workcover
Customer Service
Experience in the Construction industry would be an advantage
Tasks & responsibilities
Processing of weekly wages (MYOB)
Accounts receivable & payable
BAS & Superannuation
Preparation of EOM Reports
Managing Employee & HR documents
Liaising with Accountant as needed
Other general administrative responsibilities
Assisting clients with Colour Selections
