Key Responsibilities:

Perform tasks in accordance with detailed procedures and safety requirements

Maintain and operate a variety of equipment to high standards

Insulate critical components with accuracy

Assist with low-voltage electrical cable runs and terminations

Demonstrate basic knowledge of electrical systems for cable runs and terminations

Uphold safe work practices at all times

What We're Looking For:

A genuine willingness to learn, paired with a positive, can-do attitude

Strong work ethic and the ability to perform in a team under pressure

Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as needed

Physically fit and capable of performing manual work

Ability to commit to 12.5-hour shifts and extended periods away from home

Minimum Requirements:

Driver's Licence (Required)

White Card (Required)

Clean National Police Check

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Commitment to a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy, including daily on-site testing

Must hold a valid work visa or Australian work rights

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

Working at Heights (WAH) & Confined Space Entry (CSE) tickets

Background in mechanical or electrical trades

Previous experience in industrial or high-risk environments

Job Type: Casual with Full-Time Opportunities

Schedule: Shift work | 12-hour shifts | Weekend availability
