Due to continued growth, we're seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician or trade assistant to join our team.

The Role

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. You'll work across a range of sites and be a key part of our team delivering outstanding service to our clients. We are predominantly a commercial company.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair HVAC systems (split systems, ducted, VRV/VRF, etc.)

Perform routine maintenance and inspections

Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues

Maintain accurate records of work performed

Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and Australian standards

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

Able Bodied person

Age is no barrier, we encourage mature applicants

White Card (Construction Induction)

NSW Driver’s License

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and customer service skills

Must have full Australian working rights

Desirable:

Experience in both residential and commercial HVAC systems

RDO available for qualified tradesman after probation
