We're on the hunt for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Team Members to join our incredible team at Zambrero Mentone & / or Hampton.

About the Role
As a full-time team member, you’ll be a vital part of our restaurant operations. You’ll work closely with your teammates and managers to deliver fast, fresh, and flavourful meals, all while creating a great experience for our customers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a supportive and energetic team.

Key Responsibilities

🌮 Food Prep & Service

Prepare and serve high-quality menu items with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Keep food areas clean, organized, and well-stocked

🤝 Customer Experience

Greet customers with a friendly attitude and a smile

Take customer orders and payments accurately using our POS system

Ensure every guest leaves happy and satisfied with their experience

🧼 Cleanliness & Store Standards

Maintain a clean and presentable store environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms

Help with end-of-day cleaning and pack down procedures.

🚚 Stock & Inventory Support

Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock

Restock ingredients and packaging as needed throughout your shift

👊 Teamwork & Culture

Collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly

Support new team members with training and encouragement

What We’re Looking For

Experience (preferred but not essential):

Previous experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is a plus

On-the-job training will be provided for the right attitude!

Skills & Attributes:

Energetic, reliable, and a strong team player

Passionate about food and delivering great customer service

Quick on your feet and able to stay cool under pressure

Excellent communication and time management skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

Valid Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

First Aid Certificate (desirable but not essential)
