Internationally renown as the spiritual home of Australian Tennis, our extensive grounds set amongst manicured gardens and lawns, comprise 26 grass courts, 22 all weather en tout cas courts and 3 Plexicushion courts in the iconic Kooyong stadium. The clubhouse features a fully equipped gymnasium, 4 lane, 25 metre lap pool and spa, pro shop, 6 international standard squash courts, Racquet Club restaurant, Hopman Bistro and Members’ Bar, as well as 6 conference spaces.

Kooyong is seeking passionate and dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisors in a Part Time capacity to join our exceptional hospitality team, in both the Events and Members Dining departments.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Providing and overseeing exceptional food and beverage service across a wide range of events and dining spaces.

Supervising and leading a team of hospitality service staff.

Assisting with team development and overall coordination and departmental training.

Requirements and attributes:

Prior supervisory experience in a hospitality role

Strong familiarity with POS and related software

Keen attention to detail, problem-solving and organisational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive and adapt in a busy environment

Ability to multi-task and prioritise

Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential
