About the Role:

Develop and deliver a rich, play-based educational program that encourages children to explore, learn, and thrive.

Build respectful, trusting relationships with children and families, sharing progress and celebrating achievements.

Collaborate closely with a passionate and experienced team of educators.

Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports every child's growth and development.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

A minimum of 6 months of early childhood experience is required.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a recognised Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or Cert 3 – ACECQA approved) and a valid Working With Children's Check.

Must hold a valid Working with Children Check before commencing employment.

Has a genuine passion for early learning, nature-based play, and child-led exploration.

Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.

Understands the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
