About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Facilities Manager for a global property landlord. The role is looking after one of Sydney CBD’s most recognisable commercial towers. This is a 6-month contract role offering an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of a flagship commercial office building
• Oversee service provider performance across hard and soft services
• Coordinate and deliver minor capital works and maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with WHS, fire safety, and essential services regulations
• Liaise with tenants and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in facilities management within commercial office assets
• Strong understanding of hard services BMS, HVAC, fire, lifts, and contractor management
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
