A Leading Service Provider is looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager
Your new company
A Leading Service Provider is looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join a National account and manage 2 x locations in NSW - Primarily based in W. Sydney. Role is 5 days on site, Mon-Fri based on site.
What you'll need to succeed
- Develop and implement national facilities management strategies aligned with client objectives
- Lead contract performance, compliance, and service delivery across all locations
- Manage preventative and reactive maintenance programs to ensure minimal disruption to retail operations
- Oversee vendor performance and ensure SLA/KPI compliance
- Ensure all sites comply with WHS regulations, building codes, and environmental standards (Focus on WHS & AFSS)
- Point of contact for Staff for any issues related to Facilities
- Carry out Site inspections
- Ad hoc duties related to Facilities
What you'll get in return
$65- $70 p/h + Super
