This company is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of large format retail and commercial properties nationwide.
About the role
This is a senior leadership position overseeing the national facilities operations for a key retail client. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15 properties across Australia, driving strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team performance to exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a national team to foster a culture of performance and collaboration
- Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to enhance portfolio effectiveness
- Oversee capital projects and ensure timely delivery across all sites
- Drive sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
About you
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience in the retail property industry, with a strong understanding of asset management
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities across diverse teams and locations
- Superior knowledge of building operations and compliance across Australian states
- Proven financial management skills across multiple disciplines
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
