Our client is a Sydney-based boutique law firm dedicated to providing practical and client-focused legal services. With extensive experience in business & corporate law, property & conveyancing, immigration, and dispute resolution, the firm is committed to delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of both individuals and businesses.

Due to a consistent and growing pipeline of conveyancing matters, they are looking for a Junior Conveyancer. This role has been created to support the busy Partner-led conveyancing practice, ensuring excellent client service while also providing a clear pathway for the right candidate to develop their expertise and advance their career within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage conveyancing files from instruction through to settlement, with supervision as required.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service.

· Draft and review contracts, settlement statements, and related documents.

· Demonstrate strong knowledge of the stamping process and extensive experience using the eDuties portal under Revenue NSW.

· Liaise with agents, banks, and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of transactions.

· Conduct title searches and prepare property-related documentation.

· Ensure compliance with NSW conveyancing and property law requirements.

· Preferably possess experience in handling interstate settlements (QLD and VIC).

· Maintain accurate file management and record-keeping.

Skills & Requirements:

§ Experience in conveyancing (ideally end-to-end), or strong exposure to the conveyancing process.

§ Law degree or Conveyancing qualification preferred.

§ Client-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence and professionalism.

§ Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to take ownership.

§ Strong communication skills.

§ Mandarin or Cantonese is highly desirable.

§ Growth mindset with motivation to learn, develop, and progress.
