We are a well-established busy firm that has been operating for more than 30 years, located in the downtown CBD area. Our practice provides legal services in property, business, commercial transactions and other related areas.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

· Managing file matters on a day-to-day basis for residential and commercial conveyancing transactions (and other related matters) from commencement to completion

· Preparing and completing settlements via PEXA for conveyancing and related transactions

· A high level of client contact and liaising with bankers, brokers, agents and other related parties

Role Requirements

· At least 3 years experience in conveyancing for residential and commercial property/ transactions in NSW and related matters

· Good working knowledge of managing transactions using PEXA

· Experience in dealing with commercial transactions, eg, leasing, sale and purchase of businesses would be an advantage but not essential

· Some experience in dealings with Wills and Estate matters would be advantageous

· Extensive experience in using LEAP software

· Licensed to practice law in NSW

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Strong team player but also able to work independently as required

· Good attention to detail and organisational skills

· Ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese would be highly regarded
