About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our Sydney team on a minimum 6-month contract, based at our George Street office.
You’ll play a key role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives that build our brand, attract new patients, and engage our existing community.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns

Create engaging marketing content for digital, social, and print platforms

Manage design resources to develop creative assets

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

Manage website and social media content updates

Develop email and SMS marketing campaigns, including content, segmentation, and performance tracking

Assist in organising events, conferences, and sponsorship activities

Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and suppliers

Maintain the marketing calendar and assist with team planning and reporting

About You

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in HubSpot CRM and digital marketing tools (social media, Google Ads, email marketing)

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Creative thinker with a proactive attitude

Desirable:

Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Understanding of graphic design and printing processes
