The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced, driven and independent Marketing Coordinator to power our B2C planning, content, execution and compliance within a fresh team. Working with our Engagement Manager, Digital Lead and Graphic Designer, you will drive novated leasing benefit knowledge, participation and retention within our contracted employer base.

Based at our South Melbourne head office, you'll work across the business nationally to deliver engaging and compelling content, campaigns, education and activations on a targeted basis.

Your Experience:

With a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications, you've developed your competence and confidence in a marketing generalist or content role over the past 2+ years. You've worked with CRM systems and have a strong interest in data driven decisioning. With a flair for brand aligned writing and editing you've worked collaboratively with graphic designers to deliver cohesive content. You have natural curiosity to understand products, client needs and buying journeys.

In your current role you've worked independently to take ownership of tasks, whilst knowing when to ask for guidance or workshop ideas. With a proven ability to deliver multiple projects and deadlines without skipping a beat, you are driven to develop your professional opportunities with a growing business.

Onsite & eDM campaign planning

Social media management

Hubspot CRM database management

Performance tracking and reporting
