What You Will Do Every Day

Your main job is to own the systems that make our clinic run smoothly and safely.

Be the Organization Expert: You are in charge of sterilizing all tools and keeping our supplies perfectly ordered. If the systems run well, it's because of you.

Help the Dentist: Provide professional assistance during patient procedures, ensuring everything the dentist needs is ready right when they need it.

Care for Patients: Welcome everyone with a friendly, calming presence and make sure they have a great experience.

Learn Leadership: You will be cross-trained in front office tasks like booking appointments and patient communication—this is the path to your management role.
