The Role:

Experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee class two residential projects for well-known national developers from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and delivering exceptional results on projects leading a large team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of class two residential and commercial projects up to $100 million.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration and safety.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Class two and Commercial projects, ideally with large contractor experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects up to $20m.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
