An opening for a Lease Administration Manager has become available to offer support to our Sales, Leasing and Property Management Divisions in Lease and Sales contracts, renewals and onboarding.

We are seeking an experienced candidate possibly wishing to step back from front end property management to pursue a role in the effective on-boarding of new assets into the portfolio and assist with the co-ordination of legal documentation of contracts and Form 6 Appointments. The role will be mainly autonomous with support from the Asset Division.

A minimum of 2-3 years of commercial property experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities include:

Managing and Co-ordination of Lease Renewals; Rent reviews and New Leases in the Asset Management Division

Essential lease documentation experience is required including disclosure statements, HOA's, CTA's, and RTA's.

Support the Asset Management Division with on-boarding new clients and assets into the portfolio.

The candidate will have a professional attitude high attention to detail and excellent time management.

Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager;

Core Competencies & Role Requirements

Professional presentation and excellent communication skills;

Agent's Representative registration is required.

Intermediate or higher level of MS365 Word & Excel

Experience with Property management software

Excellent customer service delivery

Candidates must be Australian citizens to be eligible for this position.
