You will be trusted to run sites independently, organise trades and deliver outcomes that reflect Centrikon’s reputation for quality without compromise.

You will coordinate and lead all trades and site activity, read and execute detailed shop drawings with accuracy, manage sequencing, materials and scheduling, uphold safety, compliance and presentation standards, deliver high-end finishes across partitions, ceilings, glazing, doors, trims and detailed joinery, and communicate progress, risks and variations clearly to clients and management.

You bring trade qualification or equivalent experience in commercial shopfitting or fit-out, proven history leading projects from start to finish, strong ability to interpret drawings and maintain a zero-defect finish, professional, calm and reliable approach under pressure, current White Card and relevant site tickets, and a genuine respect for structure, teamwork and craftsmanship.

We offer a competitive salary between $120,000 and $140,000 per year plus super, commission on project completion based on performance and delivery, and the chance to be part of a company that values initiative, care and trust as much as quality and precision.
