We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to lead our bricklaying\blocklaying construction projects with the majority being in the Commercial industry.

The pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of our job sites, maintaining our high standards of quality and safety while coordinating teams, training team members and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

-Manage and lead teams of bricklayers, fostering a productive and safe working environment

-Coordinate materials, tools and equipment for efficient workflow

-Collaborate with clients, architects and project managers to ensure all works align with project specifications

-Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies

-Conduct quality control checks to uphold the highest standards of workmanship

-Train team members in best practices for bricklaying, safety protocols and operational efficiency

-Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports and timesheets to management
