Our client who is a national tier 2 builder is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to join their Queensland team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a new $60M commercial building project located in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

In this role, you will be the services specialist on-site, responsible for the effective management and coordination of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) services. We need someone who can hit the ground running and ensure all services elements of the project are delivered to our high standards.

About You
You have a solid background in the construction industry and a keen eye for detail, particularly regarding services. You're a proactive problem-solver and an excellent communicator.

• You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer on commercial or multi-residential projects.
• You have a strong background in services, either gained from working for a head contractor or a large M&E subcontractor.
• You are highly proficient in reviewing and coordinating services drawings and managing subcontractor relationships.
• You have a great work ethic and a collaborative attitude.
