THE ROLE - CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES TEAM LEADER

Lead, coach, and support a growing team of customer engagement and inside sales professionals.

Manage the end-to-end customer journey, from initial enquiry through to quoting and order fulfilment.

Drive sales outcomes with contractors, homeowners, and wholesale partners.

Oversee the use of HubSpot CRM to manage customer data, track opportunities, and optimise engagement.

Ensure a high standard of customer service and responsiveness at all touchpoints.

Report on team performance and contribute to sales strategy development.

Ensure our customers have a great experience when the engage with us.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Proven experience in inside sales, customer engagement, or account management.

Previous leadership or team coordination experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence with CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly regarded).

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

An interest in sustainable building products (advantageous, but not essential).

Flexible hours can be discussed with the successful candidate.
