Our mission is to guide the next generation of young men to live a happier, more confident life.
We’re building a media machine to spread that message, and support the parents along the journey, and we need a Social Media Operator to run it.
You’ll work directly with the Founder to turn ideas and videos into a daily flow of high-impact content.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Obsessed with speed, done > perfect.
Experience managing social media pages (IG, YouTube, TikTok optional).
Strong storytelling sense, knows what hooks and cuts make people stop scrolling.
Understands data. Can read insights and iterate.
Fluent in English and communication.
Experimentation in content ideas and systems.
Problem solving, go-getter mentality, that will learn to optimise AI to enhance your role and our content system
Bonus: Familiar with CapCut, OpusClip, Metricool, Airtable, or similar tools.

YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Posting 1–2x daily across social media platforms
Sourcing & editing expert/parenting clips weekly.
Scheduling edited content
Tracking performance (watch time, saves, shares).
Running stories, polls, and engagement.
Working with our editor to turn long-form podcasts into short-form content.
Building and maintaining a content tracker (Airtable / Notion).
Reporting what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.
As we scale, this role can evolve into a full-time Marketing Manager position. We care less about experience and more about speed, alignment, and hunger.
