With steady expansion over the past decade, we are entering an important stage of our corporate journey and are looking for a senior finance leader to help guide the next phase of growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide strategic financial leadership, aligning financial management with corporate priorities and business expansion.

· Oversee all finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, treasury, compliance, audit, and reporting.

· Develop clear and forward-looking financial models to support investment, growth, and operational decisions.

· Strengthen governance and internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and corporate requirements.

· Deliver transparent and timely financial reporting to the executive team and board, with insights into business performance and funding needs.

· Support senior management with scenario analysis, capital planning, and resource allocation.

· Build and mentor a capable finance team, fostering collaboration and excellence.

· Represent the finance function in senior management discussions, providing commercially relevant and actionable advice.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

· At least 5 years of senior finance leadership or management advisory experience.

· Strong knowledge of corporate finance, strategic planning, and financial operations.

· Demonstrated ability to provide insightful, practical advice at management and board level.

· Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
