Are you an experienced Human Resources professional looking to work for an organisation that is passionate about its people and residents. About the Role:

Working closely with Managers, this position will partner with leaders to manage people related activities, including but not limited to, talent acquisition, manager capability uplift, performance management, employee well-being and HR analytics and reporting. In this role, you will support the People and Culture Manager to align people and strategy and ensure process excellence.

Partner with managers and employees to provide expert advice across the full HR lifecycle.

Lead case management relating to WorkCover, return-to-work, and injury management, ensuring compliance with Victorian legislation.

Support organisational development initiatives, including workforce planning, performance management, and projects.

Build positive and effective relationships with operational leaders and employees to promote engagement and a strong workplace culture.

Contribute to HR policy development, procedural reviews, and compliance with relevant awards and legislation.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

Minimum 7+ years’ HR generalist or business partnering experience, ideally within health, aged care, or community services.

Demonstrated experience in WorkCover case management and return-to-work. context.

Sound knowledge of employment law, industrial instruments (SCHADS, Nurses Award, or similar), and HR best practice.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coach and influence leaders.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to a collaborative, professional HR function.

NDIS Check or the ability to obtain one.
