We’re looking for a Junior Product Developer/Designer to join our creative and product team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development, work closely with designers, and play a key role in bringing our products from concept to production.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Product Developer/Designer, you’ll support the production team by ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency across all our product lines:

Create and Update detailed technical packs (tech packs) for offshore suppliers, including size specifications, materials, trims, and key construction details

Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into production-ready specifications

Assist with sample review, fit sessions, and quality checks

Maintain accurate records of product development, revisions, and approvals

Help implement and maintain product development processes and documentation

Assist with day to day production room tasks

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field (or equivalent experience) or working towards

Some experience in product development, technical design, or garment construction

Strong understanding of sizing, garment construction, and materials

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills – able to liaise effectively with designers, and other internal teams

Nice to Have:

Experience working with offshore suppliers or knowledge of manufacturing processes

Knowledge of PLM systems or tech pack software

Interest in retail, lifestyle, or activewear products
