Excom Civil is a family-owned civil company based in Caves Beach, NSW, specialising in Non-Destructive Excavation (NDD). With a fleet of seven powerful Vacuum Trucks, we pride ourselves on delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality excavation services across the region.

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Hydro Excavation Vacuum Truck Operator to join our close-knit team. This is a casual position with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance. You will be working alongside a team of six reliable and hardworking full-time operators, contributing to a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements:

HR truck licence (mandatory)

Physically fit and comfortable with labour-intensive work

Experience operating Hydro Excavation Vacuum Trucks (preferred but not essential; we will train the right candidate)

Strong work ethic and reliability
