The Job:

We're looking for skilled and reliable operators to join our growing team, based out of our Campbelltown Depot, delivering both vacuum excavation and water truck services to our clients across the civil, landscaping, and local government sectors. This hands-on role includes vacuum excavation for non-destructive digging and underground service locating, as well as the application and delivery of water for dust suppression, soil compaction and horticultural watering programs.

Previous experience with vacuum trucks and/or water trucks is highly valued, but it's not a requirement. If you are a confident driver with civil construction site experience, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you. The hourly rate will be determined based on your prior experience. We will provide the training and support necessary for you to safely and confidently operate our modern, well-maintained fleet.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Daily operation of vac trucks and water trucks in line with client requirements

Accurate and timely completion of online dockets and timesheets using your phone or tablet

Complete online and site-specific inductions as needed

Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to company policies and SWMS

Maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable vehicle, depot, and worksite

Key requirements:

Previous truck driving experience – Minimum HR licence

Minimum 2-5 years of truck driving experience required

Construction Industry Blue/White Card

Smartphone

Fit and healthy (manual handling involved)

Previous experience is highly regarded

Australian work rights required
