About the role

We are seeking operators for Dump Truck, Compactor or Dozer to join our team at Penelope Resources Pty Ltd in Horsley Park and surrounding suburbs. This is a casual to begin with position, offering the opportunity to lead to full time for the right people.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate and maintain plant on construction sites

Load and unload construction materials as required

Carry out routine inspections and minor maintenance on assigned vehicles

Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Collaborate with the wider construction team to ensure efficient project delivery

What we're looking for

Previous experience

Reliable well-presented individual who will take pride in our well-maintained equipment.

Ability to present for work on time every time and dedicate their attention entirely to the task at hand.

Become a member of our team who will appreciate the opportunity to learn and excel with us and support other team members.

Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Must have a Statement of Attainment VOC, White Card & Driver's License.
