About the Role

As a Night Shift Combo Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and effective operation of Jet/Vac trucks and associated equipment, delivering high-quality service to our clients. You'll be working within a supportive small team during night hours, using our Combination Flushing and Vacuum units to maintain stormwater systems in Sydney, NSW.

This is a permanent full-time position, with night shift hours typically starting between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, depending on operational requirements and scheduling needs. In addition to your hourly rate, a night shift allowance is provided. You’ll be part of a dedicated team maintaining critical stormwater infrastructure across Sydney using advanced Jet/Vac equipment.

Flexibility to work alternative shifts, including day and nights, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Perform drain cleaning, NDD, and stormwater maintenance using Combo Jet/Vac trucks

Complete daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance to ensure compliance and keep equipment running at its best

Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and client representatives

Follow all health and safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE

Deliver high-quality work while continuously seeking ways to improve our service
