The Role

As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in pricing projects from early concept through to tender submission. Working closely with the Preconstruction Manager, you’ll estimate across both fit out and ground-up construction projects, supporting business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions across construction and fit out projects
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain and evaluate pricing
• Review design documentation and identify cost efficiencies or risks
• Conduct quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost planning
• Participate in tender reviews and presentations with senior management
• Support the team with cost tracking and post-tender analysis

About You

• 3–5 years’ experience in estimating across commercial, fit out, or refurbishment projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and local subcontractor market
• Highly proficient in estimating software and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills
• Team player with a proactive and analytical mindset
