Your new role:

As Senior Electrical Estimator, you'll play a key role in securing profitable projects through accurate and competitive tenders. You'll work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver comprehensive submissions and value-added solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Interpreting RFQs, drawings, and specifications to produce detailed estimates
• Managing multiple tenders and deadlines independently
• Finalising D&C tender designs for integrated pricing solutions
• Coaching junior estimators and trainees
• Maintaining a tender database and monitoring market trends
• Understanding commercial, data centre, and other construction sector
  
  What you'll need to succeed:
  
  Proven experience in electrical and communications estimating within Australian commercial construction
  Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam
  Strong communication and organisational skills
  Australian citizenship, NSW Driving Licence, and White Card
  Solid understanding of AS3000, AS3008, and Service & Installation Rules
  
  Desirable skills:
  
  NSW electrical qualification
  Familiarity with Navisworks, Revizto, Simpro, and NCC 2022
  Strong computer literacy
