You’ll take a hands-on role with high-calibre clients across maintenance works, new small works and bathroom and kitchen renovations up to $200k, with dedicated admin assistance to help keep things running smoothly. Your days will involve assessing business opportunities, developing and pricing work, preparing tenders and quotes and managing project schedules. Unlike many construction roles, this one respects balance - hours sit comfortably within an 8-5 window so you can deliver your best without burning out.

There’s also scope to move into the design space, managing pre-construction, fee proposals, permits and sub-consultants on projects up to $2.5 million, allowing you to grow your impact.
